We can’t control how we were taught to engage in relationships or how to make the right decisions while experiencing life. You will always encounter a conflict that requires a solution which may challenge your belief system and that’s ok. Sometimes we need guidance to gain another perspective to assist us in choosing what may not feel good but is healthy for our growth to becoming a better version of ourselves. Being able to expose our vulnerabilities to heal wounds caused by others or from our own actions takes strength and patience. You have everything you need within you to start the process of your transformation. I would like to help you rediscover who you are and take your power back to liberate yourself from the chains your past regrets or circumstances have bound you to.

I’ve gained experience working in the Mental Health and Addiction field for over 11 years. The knowledge I’ve acquired comes from working with individuals across the lifespan within the areas of PTSD, Sexual Abuse/Trauma, Substance Use and Alcohol Abuse, Co-Occurring Disorders, Victims and/or Survivors of Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking. For the past 3 years I’ve specialized working with the Sex and/or Porn Addiction population and providing services for the Partners of Sex and/or Porn Addicts. This has included facilitating Marriage and Couples counseling as well.

I have a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate Certification, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate Certification, Trauma Certification and Prepare and Enrich Certification. I utilize an Eclectic Approach that incorporates Attachment Based, Emotionally Focused, Mindfulness, Strengths Based, Motivational Interviewing, Crisis Intervention, Solution Focused and Client Centered therapies.
